Privacy policy

This notice describes what this website actually does with information. It is not a substitute for legal advice. Items that still need a business or legal decision are marked for review.

Needs review before launch

  • Legal entity name, registered address, and the controller of the information.
  • How long inquiries are kept by the inbox, CRM, or webhook destination.
  • Lawful basis and international transfer terms if privacy law such as the GDPR applies.
  • A public contact for privacy requests is not configured yet.

Who this notice covers

VYRA Studio publishes this website as a creative growth studio. The site is a marketing and inquiry page. It does not create customer accounts.

Information the form collects

If you submit the inquiry form, it sends:

  • Full name, work email, and company name
  • Website, if you choose to provide one
  • Services of interest and project overview
  • Budget range, if you choose one
  • Your privacy consent, recorded with the time of submission
  • Campaign parameters already present in the browser session, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content

The form is optional. Do not include sensitive personal information, payment details, or anything you would not want shared with the people handling the inquiry.

How an inquiry is delivered

The website does not store inquiries in its own database. A submission is accepted only when a configured delivery service accepts it. That service is either Resend email, using a server-side API key, or an HTTPS webhook you configure. If neither is set, the form returns an error and the inquiry is not saved by this site.

The hosting provider may keep ordinary technical logs, which can include an IP address, as part of running the site. Those logs are not attached to the inquiry message. The site also limits repeated submissions to reduce abuse. We do not sell the information you submit.

Analytics and cookies

Optional analytics load only after you choose Allow analytics, and only when the related ID is present in the site configuration. Rejecting analytics keeps those scripts off. Your choice is stored in local storage under the key vyra-consent. Campaign parameters are stored in session storage under vyra-utm so they can be included with a later inquiry.

  • Google Analytics 4, when a measurement ID is configured and Google Tag Manager is not
  • Google Tag Manager, when a container ID is configured. It is used instead of a separate Analytics tag so the same visit is not measured twice.
  • Meta Pixel, when a pixel ID is configured and you have allowed analytics
  • Google Search Console verification is a meta tag, not a tracking cookie, and only appears when a verification code is configured

If no analytics IDs are configured, the consent banner is not shown because there is nothing optional to load.

Your choices

You can reject optional analytics, leave optional form fields blank, and decide not to submit the form. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Those rights, and the process for using them, need to be confirmed for the legal entity that operates the studio.

A public email address has not been configured. Do not send personal information to an unpublished address.

Children

This website is written for businesses and is not directed at children.
